Actor Vicky Kaushal, who became the National Award winner after winning the hearts of fans with his acting, has many interesting projects at this time. One of Vicky’s upcoming big projects, the film ‘The Immortal Ashwatthama’, is in the news. In this film, Vicky will play the role of Ashwatthama, the great and immortal warrior of Mahabharata. 

Ashwatthama was the son of Guru Dronacharya who was blessed with immortality. In the Mahabharata, Ashwatthama fought on behalf of the Kauravas. Aditya Dhar, director of the film Uri: The Surgical Strike, is working with Vicky in this film. Aditya told in an interview to a website that the shooting of this film will start in April 2021. The film will be released in 3 parts in which Ashwatthama will be shown as a superhero of modern days. 

Aditya said that Vicky Kaushal would have to weigh more than 100 kg to play this character of Ashwatthama in the film. Vicky is doing workouts for this, as well as he has to learn horse riding. Along with this, Vicky will also have to take training in martial arts like Jujutsu and Krav Maga. 

Aditya said about the shooting, ‘We will shoot the film in Europe, especially in the UK. Then go to Iceland and our final will be in Mumbai. Our plan to go to these countries can also change. This will actually be confirmed by looking at the corona in all these. ‘

At the time of lockdown, Aditya Dhar has prepared to make this film with full details. He has also talked to the VFX team about this, because most of the VFX is to be used in the film. Dhar has also chosen Vicky’s heroine for this film. However, he is not disclosing the name of the heroine right now.
