The Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Service Selection Board has decided to create a pool of subject matter experts like the Public Service Commission so that the recruitment process can be completed soon. For this, online data will be taken from experts of various disciplines. In the Board meeting held on 23 September under the chairmanship of Chairman Viresh Kumar, it was decided that a proposal for amendment in the Selection Board Rules 1998 will also be sent to take action on the allocation and adjustment of the institution from the level of Director of Secondary Education.
The reason for sending this proposal is that often the concerned DIOS do not take care in sending the petition for the selection of teachers in the non-government aided secondary schools, so that the selected candidates are not admitted and returned. In order to include ad hoc teachers in the new recruitment on the order of the Supreme Court, the provision will have to be made on the NIC’s e-examination portal in the online application.
Provision will also have to be made in the software to get the adhoc teacher’s candidates verified by the concerned DIOS. If the online post for the post, subject and reservation category related to the ad hoc teachers applied is not received, then they will have to make arrangements for online calling.
– Secondary Education Service Selection Board’s decision to complete the recruitment soon
– from paper to interview, will gather information of experts
– will change the software to take online application from ad hoc teachers
