UPPSC PCS Prelims Exam 2020: The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPCS) preliminary examination is being conducted today (on 11 October 2020) at various examination centers across the state. 5.95 lakh candidates had registered for this examination. This examination will be held in 19 districts of the state in which lakhs of candidates will participate.

This examination is being held on 19 districts including Prayagraj as well as Agra, Azamgarh, Bareilly, Gorakhpur, Ayodhya, Ghaziabad, Jaunpur, Jhansi, Kanpur Nagar, Lucknow, Barabanki, Meerut, Moradabad, Mirzapur, Rae Bareli, Sitapur, Varanasi and Mathura. . This information was given by Controller of Examinations Arvind Kumar Mishra.

In the latest notice of the Commission, it was told that the State / Senior Subordinate Service (Preliminary) Examination -2020 and Assistant Forest Guard / Regional Forest Officer (Preliminary) is being conducted by Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission, Prayagraj on 11 October 2020 (Sunday). ) Regarding the examination 2020, the candidates are informed that the said examination is to be held by the Commission on 11 October 2020 (Sunday) in 19 districts of the state. An examination center of Azamgarh district has been amended related to the said examination.

89 centers have also been set up in Ghaziabad district for this examination. More than 41 thousand candidates are registered at these examination centers. ADM administration Santosh Kumar Vaish told that the exam will be held in two shifts from 9:30 to 11:30 and in the afternoon from 2:30 to 4:30. From the point of view of security, the administration has deployed magistrates at all the centers. Apart from the same sector magistrate, zonal officers have been given the responsibility. A supervisor has also been deployed at each center. 

An administrative officer will also be posted in the examination hall along with a room inspector. The entire examination will be conducted under the rules of Kovid-19. Every candidate will be required to wear a mask. All the candidates will be examined by thermal scanning while entering the examination center. With this, no DJ or any noise will be allowed around the examination center. Tight security arrangements have been made for security. Police to traffic soldiers will be stationed outside each center. In order to ensure that the candidates do not face any problem, additional police personnel have been deployed at the railway station and bus station, who will give information about the candidates to the examination center.
