The examination department of Delhi University has now started online applications for the transcript. Earlier, the student had to go to DU and apply. DU Dean Dean of Examination Prof. DS Rawat said that students who enrolled in foreign universities needed transcripts. In this way DU has made a major change in the process of issuing transcripts (sealed marksheets). From 22 February, students can apply online through the portal.
Pro. Rawat said that students studying abroad or working in the country used to have a lot of trouble for transcripts. It also used to take time. Meanwhile, some middlemen used to charge arbitrary money from students. But DU has decided for transparency that a student can apply from an IP address only twice a month. The two-time exemption is so that if a student makes a mistake once, he will get a chance to apply again.
It is to be noted that DU has not made any change in transcript fees. Its fee is $ 100.
