In the coming days, during the festival, the empty seats of trains will give relief to the passengers. Around Dussehra festival, seats in Delhi trains are empty, due to the filling of seats in Mumbai trains, two pairs of special trains including Lucknow Bandra are going to run.
Railway administration said that seats are vacant in Shatabdi and AC Special for Delhi. On the other hand, special trains will run between Lucknow and Mumbai due to waiting in LTT and Awadh Express including Pushpak in Mumbai trains. In view of the possibility of increasing rush of passengers in view of the festival, more trains are going to run between Delhi and Mumbai from this week.
Special train to Mumbai from October 17
Railways is running AC special train between Mumbai and Lucknow from October 17. The railway has released the timetable for this train. From October 17, the daily train will leave LTT at 1:40 pm and reach Charbagh railway station at 1:45 pm the next day. In return, this train will leave Lucknow daily from October 18 at 4:10 pm and reach LTT at 5:30 pm the next day.
From Dibrugarh New Delhi via Lucknow Train 12
Railways is running two AC special trains between New Delhi to Dibrugarh via Lucknow. If a train is weekly then the second week will run two days. The Dibrugarh New Delhi AC Special train will start from Monday 12 October. Every Monday and Friday from October 12, the train will depart from Dibrugarh at 10:00 am and reach Lucknow the next day at 6:10 am and New Delhi at 1:55 pm. In return, the New Delhi train will run every Thursday and Sunday from October 15. This train will depart from New Delhi at 9:25 am and reach Lucknow at 5:25 pm and reach Dibrugarh at 3:00 am the next day.
