Rashtriya Janata Dal leader and chief ministerial candidate Tejashwi Yadav on behalf of the Grand Alliance filed his nomination from Raghopur assembly constituency on Wednesday. He then said that the people of Raghopur do not just choose the MLA but the Chief Minister. Tejashwi said that I worked a lot here as a Minister for Road Construction. If we had not got cheated and had been our government, we would have done more. But this time the people of Bihar have made up their mind for change.

Tejashwi said that I am confident that the people of Raghopur will win by a huge vote. Many people said that contest from two places but I have trusted the people of Raghopur. He said that when he was the Minister of Road Construction, I gave the 900 crore plan to the district. Worked in engineering college in Raghopur. Tejashwi said that he had laid the foundation stone of the six-lane bridge while being the deputy CM. Right now, work is going on very fast.

Tejashwi Yadav, the chief ministerial candidate of the Grand Alliance, said that we have got the support of the people of Raghopur as well as the people of the whole of Bihar. Tejashwi said that Bihar is the youngest state in the country. This time there should be a government of new thinking and youthful vigor. Biharis have decided to overthrow the current government. With the support of your people, we will form a government of absolute majority.

The RJD leader said that unemployment is the biggest issue at this time. We have promised that after the formation of the government, we will give 10 lakh permanent jobs with the first signature, besides factories, industry, tourism, IT parks, food processing and all such other work. Through this, lakhs of other youths will get employment.

Taking a dig at Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Tejashwi said that anything can be done if he has the will. You are tired and Bihar is not handling you. CM Nitish Kumar termed the promise of 10 lakh jobs as ridiculous. Tejaswi also raised the issue of employed teachers. He said that Nitish Kumar got lathi on the teachers employed. If we form a government, we will fulfill the demand of teachers. He said that our government will be poor, farmers, youth and all.
