Priyanka Singh, sister of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput, has received a setback from the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has refused to reverse the decision of the High Court upholding the FIR. Priyanka Singh challenged the petition filed by Riya Chakravarty against him in the Supreme Court in Mumbai. Riya Chakraborty had filed a cheating case against Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister Priyanka Singh and others.
The Supreme Court has said that we cannot hear this case.
The case was heard in the Bombay High Court on 15 February, in which the court quashed the FIR lodged against Mitu Singh. But the FIR filed against Priyanka Singh was not quashed. Priyanka Singh challenged the same decision of the Bombay High Court in the Supreme Court.
Actress Riya Chakraborty, while filing a complaint with the Mumbai Police, accused Sushant’s sister Priyanka Singh, Mitu Singh and Dr. Tarun Kumar of Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital and others for fake medical prescription. It was said in the complaint that these people were behind making fake medical prescription of Sushant Singh Rajput.
Riya Chakraborty wrote the FIR on September 7 last year at Bandra Police Station. Please tell that on June 14 last year, Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his house. His girlfriend Riya Chakraborty was made the main accused in the case.
