Sukesh Chandrashekar: CBI Should Investigate AAP, Sukesh Chandrashekar’s Serious Allegations:  Sukesh Chandrashekar, who is facing several corruption cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act and Money Laundering Act, has made serious allegations against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Earlier a letter was released on this and another letter was released by Sukesh Chandrasekhar. In his second letter, Sukesh stated that Delhi CM demanded money for Punjab and Goa elections. It seems that these letters have already been sent to the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi. He also alleged that Aam Aadmi Party’s Satyender Jain was asked to pay money to the party for Goa and Punjab elections.

But Sukesh revealed in the letter that he was silent and ignored them. Rejecting AAP’s allegations that he was lying, Sukesh Chandrasekhar said that if he was lying, why was the jail administration pressurizing him or forcing him to withdraw his earlier complaint? In the letter, he said why Satyender Jain kept asking him to withdraw the complaint filed in the High Court against Kejriwal, former DG Sandeep Goyal and the jail administration. He said that apart from asking for more funds for the election campaign, he was constantly threatened. If AAP leaders are not at fault then why are they afraid of investigation? He stated in his letter.

Chandrasekhar rejected the allegations of AAP leaders that they were trying to tarnish the image of the party and its leaders at the behest of the BJP ahead of the Delhi MCD elections. In this regard, Delhi Lt. Governor Vinay Kumar Saxena wrote another letter on Monday asking for a CBI inquiry against the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). Chandrasekhar wrote in his latest letter to the Delhi LG. He appealed through the letter to order an urgent CBI investigation and to allow him to file an FIR as any untoward incident is likely to happen before the truth about AAP comes out.
Sukesh alleged that AAP leader Satyender Jain and the former DG (Prisons) of Tihar Jail were threatening him in the wake of his complaint to the Delhi LG. In the letter, he said that he had received a serious threat from Jain, the former DG.

Meanwhile.. Sukesh wrote letters twice in the past too. In his second letter Rs. Sukesh Chandrasekhar, accused in the 200 crore robbery case, made sensational allegations against the Delhi government. He said that he had given crores of rupees to the Aam Aadmi Party. He alleged that Minister Satyendra Jain extorted Rs 10 crore from him under the pretense of protecting him in jail. Allegations of giving crores of rupees to the Aam Aadmi Party have created a stir right now. Sukesh wrote a letter to Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena that he has given donations to the Aam Aadmi Party. The BJP alleged that in the letter, he had been severely tortured in jail and had given money to Satyendra Jain, who was in jail, to protect him. It has been revealed that Sukesh has given more than Rs.50 crores to the Aam Aadmi Party. It is said that Rs.50 crore was taken for the Rajya Sabha nomination. Aam Aadmi Party is accused of being a cheating party. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has denied Sukesh Chandrasekhar’s allegations that he has given crores of rupees to the Aam Aadmi Party. Duyyabhatta said that such conspiracies are being hatched to become BJP.
