To avoid high blood sugar, eat a diet rich in low-refined carbohydrates, protein, and healthy fats every day. Staying away from technology, caffeine, and alcohol, taking proper nutrition, and getting enough sleep can help you get rid of mental problems. Also, every few hours.. one spoonful of sunflower, almond, or other nut butter, ghee, or coconut oil should be taken in the mouth and swallowed.
