In order to recruit 69000 assistant teachers in council primary schools of UP, the Basic Education Department on Monday released a list of 31661 candidates. Further recruitment process will be completed on the basis of the list issued by Secretary Basic Education Council Pratap Singh Baghel.
Let us know that many disputes regarding this recruitment are pending in the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court’s decision has not been issued yet. Meanwhile, on the orders of the Chief Minister, the department has released the list. The Supreme Court and the High Court have also ordered an amendment to the integer received of the candidates, on which the Basic Education Department has not taken any action. In this case, the dispute is almost certain to happen again.
Case in court:
In the application form for teacher recruitment exam, Archana Chauhan had written 5000 instead of 500 in the intermediate integer column. The Supreme Court had on September 2 ordered amendments to the form. After this, the High Court has also ordered amendment in the cases of Lakshmi Devi and 13 others, Dharmendra Kumar and one other, Usha Kumari and three others, Harendra Verma and 62 others. But the Basic Education Department has not yet implemented the amendment. Himanshu Rana, brother of Archana Chauhan, says that if the list comes out without giving an opportunity for amendment, then there will be no option but to file a contempt of Supreme Court order.
