PM Narendra Modi has reached Bangladesh on his two-day visit. He reached Bangladesh at 10:30 am on Friday. PM Sheikh Hasina herself has received PM Narendra Modi after reaching Dhaka Airport. PM Narendra Modi has arrived to mark the completion of 50 years of Bangladesh independence and to mark the 100th birth anniversary celebrations of founder Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. Apart from this, he will also visit a temple of Matua Hindu community. This is also the 50th year of diplomatic relations between Bangladesh and India.
PM Narendra Modi arrives in Bangladesh
This is the first foreign visit of PM Narendra Modi after the Corona era. Meanwhile, PM Imran Khan of Pakistan’s arch-rival country Pakistan has also wished for the completion of 50 years of independence. In his letter, PM Imran Khan, while wishing Bangladesh, has also mentioned their shared heritage and history. Let us tell that after the liberation war in 1971, Bangladesh came out of Pakistan and came into existence as an independent country. India also had an important role in this war. In such a situation, the relationship between India and Bangladesh has always been special.
