The date of the Noida Authority’s plan to take the flat on rent has been extended once again. Now the application can be made in the scheme till 5 March. The date has been extended for the third time in this scheme. The company which is providing PF and other facilities to the employees, they are eligible for this. So companies are not coming forward to apply.

Noida Authority has built flats in Sector-122. Even after giving flats to eligible slum dwellers, the flats in it will remain empty. In such a situation, the Noida Authority had prepared a plan to rent them. These flats will be given to any company or organization on rent only. The scheme was rolled out in December, but no applications came. Officials said that the date was extended for the second time to take out the scheme once, but no application came. Now the deadline for applying once again has been extended to 5 March.

Plots planned at Habitat Center from 15

Noida (V.No.) The Noida Authority has started preparations to sell four big plots in the Habitat and Convention Center to be built in Sector-94. Applications can be made in this scheme from 15 February. Of these, the land of the plot is about 41 thousand square meters.

Noida Authority officials said that what will be constructed on these plots will also have to be allocated according to the authority. Officials said the East Block has been reserved as retail space. There will be offices in the West Block. A residential building will be built in the Central Block. The five-star hotel in the hotel block will be built like the Habitat Center. Officials said the convention center would be in the middle while the Habitat center would be built on the left. Authorization is being done by both these buildings. The hotel will be built to the right of the convention center.

Officials said that for the process of taking the plot, the applicant has to register on property dot e tender dot sbi. EMD fees have to be deposited by 5 pm on March 7, 2021. The entire process will be through online and e-auction.
