Narendra Modi: Prime Minister To Visit Arunachal And Uttar Pradesh This Week: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to visit Arunachal Pradesh next Friday. From there will go to Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh to inaugurate the ‘Kashi-Tamil Sangam’ event.

After inaugurating the airport, the Prime Minister will visit Uttar Pradesh on the same day. He will inaugurate the ‘Kashi-Tamil Sangam’ program there.

It is known that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Arunachal Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh together on Friday, November 19. He will first go to Itanagar in Arunachal Pradesh. Modi will inaugurate Dhoni Polo Airport, the first greenfield airport in Itanagar at around 9:30 am. Then he will inaugurate the 600 MW Kameng Hydropower Station. The Prime Minister’s inauguration of the airport and hydropower plant at Itanagar is considered particularly significant by the political circles to win the hearts of the residents of North-East, including Arunachal.

Although there was this airstrip at Itanagar earlier. It has been closed since the Corona epidemic. However, the infrastructure of the airport has been improved at a cost of more than 640 crore rupees. Apart from building a modern terminal, this airport with a runway of 2300 meters has been developed to be suitable for air traffic in all weather conditions. As a result, it goes without saying that the Dhoni Polo Airport at Itanagar will become very important in the development of the communication system of entire Northeast India including Arunachal. Informed sources claim that this airport will play a special role in the development of business and tourism in Arunachal along with the communication system.

Not only that, the political circles claim that an attempt has been made to win the hearts of the residents of the area by naming the airport. Because the word ‘Doni’ means sun and the word ‘Polo’ means moon. As a result, the name Dhoni Polo Airport carries the culture and heritage of Arunachal Pradesh. Besides inaugurating the airport on Friday, Narendra Modi will also present a 600 MW hydropower plant to the country.

Prime Minister Modi will directly go to Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh after inaugurating the Arunachal airport and hydropower plant. There, Narendra Modi will inaugurate the ‘Kashi-Tamil Sangam’ program as part of his ‘Ek Bharat, Shrestha Bharat’. Basically, the Kashi-Tamil Sangam event is organized to celebrate, affirm and rediscover the ancient links between two of the oldest centers of the country, Tamil Nadu and Kashi. For the next month, there will be various programs, and seminars on the traditions, and culture of Kashi and Tamil Nadu. Students, philosophers, businessmen, and artists along with dignitaries of the two regions will also attend the event. More than 2,500 delegates from Tamil Nadu will visit Kashi. Representatives from IIT Madras and Vishwa Hindu University will also be present on the occasion. Apart from this, there will also be an exhibition of books written on the history and tourist centers of the area along with artworks made by the artists of the two regions.
