Police has revealed the brutal murder of four people in Sarvodaya Nagar of Dipnagar police station area of Nalanda. Police has also arrested five accused involved in this murder. Police say that four members of the same family were brutally murdered for grabbing land and houses.
The incident on 5 October
Nalanda SP, Nalanda Kumar, said that on 5 October, Ravi Kumar’s father-in-law had come to the police station and informed that his daughter and son-in-law’s mobile was switched off for the last two days. When you go home, the room is locked and the room smells bad. The police reached the village as soon as the information was received.
When the police broke the lock of the room, four blood-soaked corpses were found in the room. The SP said that along with husband Ravi Kumar and his wife Neha, two children sons Ahaan and daughter Jenny were murdered. After strangling everyone except Jenny, the miscreants attacked her with knives, so that none of these creatures could survive.
This was the reason for the murder
SP said that Ravi’s grandmother has got some land donated by the government. The miscreants had their eyes on this land. Police have named the accused as Devisarai resident Virendra Paswan, Sarvodayanagar resident Mahendra Paswan, Maghara resident Pradeep Paswan, Maghara resident Rampravesh Paswan and Birpur resident of Sheikhpura district Chandan alias Tuntun Paswan. Police said that Virender Paswan is a relative of Ravi Kumar’s sister.
