There is also a wonderful anecdote associated with Manoj Bajpayee and Pankaj Tripathi. Actually, when Manoj Bajpayee was shooting for Gangs of Wasseypur, he was staying at Maurya Hotel in Patna and in this hotel then Pankaj Tripathi was the Kitchen Supervisor. Pankaj told The Kapil Sharma Show that the people working with him told that Manoj Bajpayee has come to the hotel. Pankaj was surprised to hear this as he was doing theater during that time.
Pankaj Tripathi also gets emotional while narrating this anecdote. Pankaj told that he left no stone unturned for the sake of Manoj Bajpayee, but when Manoj Bajpayee checked out of the hotel, he forgot his slippers in the room. Seeing this, the hotel cleaning worker was going to give the slippers to the storeroom, but when Pankaj came to know about this, he took the slippers from the sweeper. Because I will put my foot in that sandal like Eklavya. Tears arise from the eyes of Pakanj Tripathi as he speaks so much.
Manoj Bajpayee has done many hit films in his career and he came to Delhi at the age of 17 to fulfill this dream.
