Mallareddy University: International Conference On the French Language Organized At Mallareddy University: Malla Reddy University (MRUH) organized an insightful international conference “French Rendez-Vous” to promote French Language & Indo-French Exchange Programme. Dr. VSK Reddy, MRUH Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Venkata Ramana, MRUH, Dr. Frank Barthelemy, Consulate Counselor, Dr. Samuel Berthet, Director, AF, Hyderabad, Mr. Aleandre Lebraud, GM, Safran, Ms. Vasudha Murali Campus France, AP & TS Manager Krishna, Goyal Publishers Director Shri Ashwani Goyal attended the event.
Being able to speak French is an international advantage. A student’s ability to speak French leads to higher educational opportunities not only in France but also in other French-speaking regions of the world. As part of its endeavor to provide world-class educational facilities to the students, Malla Reddy University has undertaken this program to organize this international conference and create awareness among the students regarding the importance of the French language.
On this occasion MRUH Vice-Chancellor Dr. VSK Reddy gave his note, “Dr. Samuel Berthet is behind us to make this event happen. My sincere thanks for his help. French is one of the most important foreign languages. There are 300 million people worldwide who speak French every day. Malla Reddy University was the first university to make the French language compulsory for first-year students. Mallareddy University is proud to organize this program. I hope many more students will come forward and learn this beautiful language. In the future, we are thinking of introducing the German language as well, so that our students have all the necessary skills to realize their dream careers in European countries.

The language used on the Internet. There are approximately 9,00,000 French teachers worldwide. French is widely spoken in schools, workplaces, and social and cultural spaces. French originated in the late 9th century. French is a soft language. It is a useful language in the future. Every year 2,50,000 students come to France for higher studies. Therefore I urge students to learn French and prepare for the future.
