In the video shared on Instagram, Malaika Arora is seen telling about three yogasanas. She says that the body can be toned by doing Vriksasana, Utkatasana and Naukasana daily. Also, by doing these Yogasanas, the body also becomes strong.

Malaika has told about these three yogasanas

1-Vriksasana- This yogasana is also called tree pose. Performing this asana creates a good balance between mind and body. Not only this, Yogasan also strengthens the legs.

2-Naukasana- This Yogasana is also known as Botapose. By doing this asana, body fat can be reduced, that is, it burns fat. Along with this, it also helps in bringing flexibility in the bowl and strengthening the muscles of the back.

3- Utkatasana – This Yogasana is also known as Chair Pose. Performing this asana can strengthen the back and hip flexors. It also helps in stimulating the heart and stomach organs.
