Ingredients for making fruit rabri –
3 cups full cream milk –
2 teaspoons sugar –
half cup peeled and grated apples –
3 teaspoons lightly boiled and chopped almonds –
half teaspoon cardamom powder –
1 cup chopped beans (banana, orange, Grapes, pomegranate)
for making fruit rabri- To make fruit rabri, first of all, keep in mind that the apples are tightened immediately before putting them in the rabri. This is because if the apple is cut too long, its color starts to brown. Now to make Rabri, first of all, add milk in a wide non-stick pan and cook it on low flame for 20 to 25 minutes till it becomes thick. After this, add sugar and apple and cook for about 5 minutes while stirring. Now add almond and cardamom powder and mix it well. Your Tasty Rabri is ready. Let it cool on the room temperature and keep it in the fridge for about 2 hours. Now you can serve it cold cold by adding chopped fruit on top.
