The rotis of the night do not look tasty to eat the next day, but throwing the rotis is also not sensible. In this case, you can make tasty breakfast from the roti of the night. Today we are telling you the recipe of making upma from stale roti 

Ingredients:
4 loaves
one onion finely chopped
one tomato finely chopped
2 green chili finely chopped
half capsicum finely chopped
half teaspoon mustard
half cup peas grains
one tablespoon peanut grains (roasted)
one teaspoon coriander powder
half small Teaspoon red chili powder
one teaspoon lemon juice
salt
oil as per taste

Method: 
Break the first into small pieces.
Now heat the oil in the pan on the gas. Add mustard seeds to it.
When the mustard seeds crackle, add green chillies and onions and cook on medium flame.
Cook onion till it becomes golden, then add tomato chilli and peas to it and cook for 3 minutes.
After this, add coriander, red chili powder and peanut grains in the pan and cook for a minute.
Now mix the pieces of loaves and salt. Cook it for 2 minutes and turn off the gas.
Garnish the leftover bread with green coriander leaves and serve it hot.
