On the one hand, the second wave of Corona infection is gaining momentum in the country, on the other hand many festivals are also coming from Holi to Eid. In such a situation, the Central Government has given several instructions to all the states and union territories by writing a letter and has been asked to follow the Corona Protocol. The central government has asked states to keep the crowd under control during festivals and follow rules such as masks and social distancing.
In a letter written to all states, Union Home Secretary Ajay Bhalla said that during festivals, keep an eye on the crowd and steps should be taken to control it. Corona rules should be strictly followed. In the letter written to the Chief Secretaries of the states, the Home Secretary said, “You know that the country is going through a turning point, because cases of Kovid-19 are increasing rapidly in many states and union territories. The guidelines were released by the Ministry of Home Affairs on 23 March after assessing the situation. It was emphasized that the Test, Track and Treat Protocol be strictly enforced. ”
He further wrote, “In view of the upcoming festivals Holi, Shab-e-Baaraat, crop related festivals, Easter, Eid ul Fitr, etc., the administration of the states and union territories should control the crowd and get Corona rules to be followed, such as Wearing masks and social distancing should be taken care of. A letter has also been issued by the Ministry of Health in this regard.
