The Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court took automatic cognizance of the Hathras case, on which a hearing was held on Monday. During the hearing, the court expressed displeasure with the administration. The court told ADG Law and Order Prashant Kumar that if you had a daughter, would you have allowed the funeral to take place without seeing it? The ADG fell silent on this question of the Law and Order court. He had no answer to this question.

Lawyer Seema Kushwaha of the victim’s family, who came out after hearing in the High Court, gave this information. Talking to the media, he said that ADG (Law and Order) Prashant Kumar is saying that semen has not come in the FSL report. The ADG should read the definition of law. The lawyer of the victim’s family advised the ADG to read the definition of rape and said that all the reports have come to me. He said that when the judge made cross questions, the administrative officials had no answer.

Lawyer expressed hope of better

The lawyer of the victim’s family expressed hope for the better and said that the way the bench and the judge was, it seems that a good message will go in the society. He said that the victim’s sister-in-law told the court that she had said that if your daughter had died of corona, you would not have received so much compensation.

According to the lawyer, the judge questioned the DM on this that if there was a daughter of someone with money, would you dare to burn her in this way? Just as the people of big business houses have the right to one vote, similarly the Dalit and all other people have also been given the right to vote.

‘Every community has human rights’

Seema Kushwaha said that people of every community in the country have human rights. How can it be violated? He said that Ganga water is used in the last rites. The holy water of Ganga Maa is sprinkled. You are burning that daughter by putting kerosene. This is a violation of human rights. When the people performed the last rites, they sent messages and some people went there. Then made the video.

Advocate Seema Kushwaha told to file an affidavit in the court before the next hearing on November 2 and said that she will tell all the things in it, but will not talk to the media in this regard. He also said that we made three requests to the court, which the court consented. Our first request was that the case be transferred. The case cannot be transferred until the investigation continues, in which case the case will be transferred after the investigation. The facts related to the investigation should not come in the media. The court also accepted this. According to the counsel for the aggrieved party, the court also requested to provide protection to the aggrieved party till the trial runs.
