Bihar Education Minister Vijay Kumar Chaudhary said that the payment of honorarium for guest teachers in the universities of the state will start in a month. According to the provision of University Grants Commission (UGC) by the state government, the process of giving Rs 1500 per lecture, maximum Rs 50 thousand to guest teachers in the affiliated and affiliated colleges run under the state universities is under process. Shri Chaudhary gave this information during the response of Virendra Narayan Yadav’s attention after lunch break in the Legislative Council on Monday. The questioner requested a time-limit for implementing it. On this, the Education Minister said that it will be implemented in a month.
Earlier, in response to the attention of Suman Kumar, Energy Minister Vijendra Prasad Yadav said that it has been decided not to build an electric sub-station in Madhubani city due to the time taken to ensure availability of land for the construction of new power station. For this it is not possible to take land on lease. There are also electric sub-stations in the side, it will be considered if there is a problem.
