While the government talks of providing all kinds of facilities to the martyred soldiers across the country, the family of Shaurya Chakra winner Shaheed Vivek Saxena, who lives in Lucknow, capital of Uttar Pradesh, received the honor from the rulers of the country in return for the martyrdom of the son. For 17 years even after the officers and government departments are circling. The martyr’s mother, angry with the government’s lethargy, said that we want to return the son’s gallantry cycle.

Taking on the terrorists in Manipur, the martyrdom of martyr Vivek Saxena has been forgotten by the government rulers along with the politicians. Government announcements made by the government and administration are also proving hollow after 17 years.

Shaheed Vivek Saxena, born Sarojini Nagar area of the capital Lucknow , joined IB in 1999 and passed in education from Kendriya Vidyalaya and got selected in the army service. Shaheed Vivek’s father Ramswaroop Saxena fought a big battle for the country in 1965 and 1971, while holding the post of Flight Lieutenant in the Indian Air Force.

After him, Vivek Saxena completed his studies and joined the army and joined the Intelligence Department Intelligence Bureau (IB) on 4 January 1999. After a brief stint with the IB, he joined the Border Security Force on July 22, 2000 and during his posting in Manipur, known for his actions, the name of the player of threats (Dare Devil) became famous and the infiltration of terrorists in Manipur on 2 January 2003. In the Army, ‘Operation Jwala’ was launched, in which Vivek Saxena was martyred for the country with the rocket launcher MAT Chinese missile on 8 January 2003 during a continuous battle for 7 days.

After the careless martyrdom of the administration , where the government honors the soldiers through financial assistance and many things, but even after the martyrdom of this soldier, only announcements were made by the government and nothing happened. Due to which the family members of the martyred soldiers today looked forward to help from the Yogi government but no assurance was received, instead the government officials postponed the matter by saying that you are not residents of Lucknow.
