Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, while presenting the budget in the assembly, gave many gifts to Bikaner. In the budget speech, he announced the creation of a mini food park here. He said that Ayurveda and Dairy Colleges will also be opened in Bikaner in which Yoga and Naturopathy will be studied. This will be the first Ayurveda college in the district. Along with this, a dairy college will also be established in Bikaner which will be under Veterinary University.
Gehlot announced in the budget that a new 50-bed ICU was announced at Sardar Patel Medical College, Bikaner. The state government has announced to set up ICUs at Bikaner and other divisional headquarters in view of the problems faced in the Corona period. Apart from this, MLAs of all the seven assembly constituencies of Bikaner district, Khbikaner East, Bikaner West, Khajuwala, Lunkaransar, Sridungargarh, Nokha, Srikolayat, will establish a Community Health Center as a Model Community Health Center.
English medium school
With this, English-medium schools will be established in villages with a population of more than five thousand in Bikaner. One thousand new service centers will be set up, in this some centers will be established in Bikaner. Many Congress leaders including City Congress President Yashpal Gehlot, Mahila Congress President Sunita Gaur have welcomed the budget vigorously.
