Eugene was brought into the world in New London, March 15, 1932, the child of Charles J. also, Cora Patterson Norton.
He was a U.S. Naval force veteran of the Korean War, and had labored for a very long time at Pfizer resigning as the day foreman in the channeling support division. He was an eager golf player.
Eugene was predeceased by his significant other Dorothy Noll Norton in April of 2010; as well as his child Kenneth Norton; his siblings, Joseph and Charles Norton; and his sisters, Helen Huntley and Jean Patterson.
