Farmer leader Rakesh Tikait has said that until the three new agricultural laws are repealed, his agitation (Farmers Protest) will continue. Tikait said this in a program organized in Ramraj town here on the occasion of completion of 100 days of farmers’ movement on the borders of Delhi against the new agricultural laws of the Center.

Tikait said on Saturday that farmers demand that all three agricultural laws be withdrawn completely and the movement will continue until the government agrees to their demands. He flagged off the Tractor Rally on this occasion. He told that this rally will go to the districts of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand and will reach the farmers’ demonstration site in Ghazipur on 27 March.

Meanwhile, MP from Muzaffarnagar and Union Minister Sanjeev Balayan said that all three agricultural laws are beneficial for the farmers. He said, “If even one farmer’s land is taken due to agricultural laws, I will resign from the membership of Parliament.” These laws are implemented according to the wishes of the farmers.

It is worth mentioning that since the end of November, thousands of farmers have been protesting against the three new agricultural laws of the Center on the borders of Delhi.
