The first cutoff for various colleges of Delhi University has started. Admissions will start tomorrow from Sunday. The entire process will be online this year. The famous colleges Lady Shri Ram (LSR) College and Ramanujan College have released the cutoff. Apart from this, the first cut off list has been released from many colleges including Kirori Mal College, Satyavati College, Aryabhatta College, Sri Aurobindo College.
Another famous school in Delhi, Lady Shri Ram (LSR) College, has also released the cut-off list. And there is 100% cut off in 3 courses Economics (H), Psychology (H), Political Science (H).
The first cut off list at the famous Kirori Mal College has 98.75% for B Com Hons, 98.5% for BA (H) Economics and 98.25% for BSc (H) Statistics. The cut off for BA (H) in political science has been 99 per cent, which is a record so far. Similarly, BA (H) has been cut off in English at 97.5%.
The cut-off for the history program at Ramanujan College is also 99%. This is higher than last year. Last year, the cutoff for admission to Economics and English courses was 98.75 percent.
A new record has been created in the cut off merit in B Com (H) at Hans Raj College, as 99.25% (the record so far) has been merited. BA (H) merit has been 98.75% in Economics, 97.5% in History, 98.33% in Physics, 98% in Electronics.
The first cut off list of Satyavati College is 96% in B Com (H), 95.5% for BA (H) Math and 95% for BA (H) Economics. The cut off for B Com (H) at Aurobindo College is 95%.
Explain that the cut-off issued by Delhi University is based on the best four marks obtained in the 12th board exams. This formula is based on the maximum marks of one language subject, one main subject (if applicable), and the other two subjects. The criteria may be slightly different for each subject.
Please tell that due to Corona crisis, this time all the admissions will be online for the first time. Applications for all documents, degrees, certificates will be filled online. When the colleges will open then all the documents will be examined and if someone has given wrong information, then the admission will be canceled.
