CSBC Bihar Police Fireman Recruitment 2021: Central Selection Council (constable recruitment) Bihar has removed 2380 vacancies of firemen in fire service. The application process for this recruitment will start tomorrow (24 February 2021). Interested candidates will be able to apply by visiting www.csbc.bih.nic.in. The last date for submission of application and fees is 25 March 2021. Exam date will be given later.

1. Educational Qualification – At least 12th pass from a recognized board.

2. Age limit – 18 to 25 years. Age will be calculated from August 01, 2020.

3. Age Relaxation Rules
– Minimum age 18 years and maximum age 25 years for men and women of general (unreserved) category.
– Minimum age 18 years and maximum age 27 years for men of Backward class category and Extremely backward class category.
– Minimum age 18 years and maximum age 28 years for backward class and extremely backward class women.
– Minimum age 18 years and maximum age 30 years for men and women of scheduled caste and scheduled caste category.

4. Pay Scale – Level-3, 21,700 – 69,100 Rupees

5. Physical Criteria of Candidates
Height (Length)
(1) For Unreserved (General) and Backward Class Men – Minimum 165 cm.
(2) For extremely backward class male – minimum 160 centimeters.
(3) For Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes – Minimum 160 centimeters.
(4) For women of all classes – minimum 155 centimeters.

(B) Sina (for men only)
(1) For unreserved (general) / backward class men –
without inflating – 81 cm (minimum) by
inflating – 86 cm (minimum)
(at least in the measurement of chest after inflating A difference of less than 5 cm will be mandatory).

(2) For men of extremely backward class –
without inflating – 81 centimeters (minimum) by
inflating – 86 centimeters (minimum)
(it will be necessary to have a difference of at least 5 centimeters in the measurement of the chest after inflating).

(3) For SC / ST men –
Without inflating – 79 cm (minimum) by
inflating – 84 cm (minimum)

– Sina will not be measured for women.
– Weight – For women candidates of all classes, minimum weight of 48 kg for women candidates of all classes must be 48 kg.

6. There will be selection
two stage – written test and physical efficiency test.
The written examination will be qualifying only. Candidates achieving less than 30 percent marks in the written examination will be declared unsuccessful for the physical efficiency test.
Merit list of selection will be made on the basis of physical efficiency test. Physical competency will be prepared on the basis of the total marks obtained by the candidate in the three events of the examination, high jump, shot put.
The level of written examination will be of 10th standard or equivalent level of Bihar School Examination Committee. In written examination 1. Hindi 2. English 3. Mathematics 4. Social Science (History, Geography, Civics, Economics) 5. Science (Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany) 6. General Knowledge and Current Affairs related There will be objective questions. The written examination will be of 100 marks. It will get two hours.

7. Physical Efficiency Examination Pattern – 100 Marks
(P) Race – Maximum 50 Marks. 1.6 km (1 mi) – Maximum 6 minutes in
less than 5 minutes – 50 points
5 minutes to 5 minutes 20 seconds – 40 points
5 minutes 20 seconds and 5 minutes 40 seconds – 30 points
5 minutes 40 seconds And up to 6 minutes –
Male candidates who take more than 20 marks 6 minutes will be declared unsuccessful.

For all categories of women – 1 km.
Less than 4 minutes in maximum 5 minutes – 50 marks
4 minutes to 4 minutes 20 seconds – 40 marks
4 minutes more than 20 seconds and 4 minutes 40 seconds – 30 marks
4 minutes 40 seconds and up to 5 minutes – 20 marks
Female candidates taking more than 5 minutes will be declared unsuccessful.

Shot Throwing – A maximum of 25 points
. A minimum of 16 feet of 16-pound ball throw will be required for all categories of men.
From 16 feet to 17 feet – 09 points over
17 feet and up to 18 feet – 13 digits over
18 feet and up to 19 feet – 17 points over
19 feet and up to 20 feet – 21 points over
20 feet – 25 points
16 Male candidates who throw less than feet will be declared unsuccessful.

For all categories of women – a 12-pound ball has to be thrown a minimum of 12 feet.
From 12 feet to 13 feet – 09 points above
13 feet and 14 feet – 13 digits over
14 feet and up to 15 feet – 17 points over
15 feet and up to 16 feet – 21 points over
16 feet – 25 points
12 Women candidates who throw less than feet will be declared unsuccessful.

High jump – maximum 25 (twenty five points) for
all categories of men – minimum height 4 feet
04 feet – 13 points
04 feet 4 inch – 17 points
04 feet 8 inches – 21 points
05 feet – 25 points
04 feet Male candidates will be declared unsuccessful. Will be announced.

Minimum height for all categories of women 3 feet
03 feet – 13 points
03 feet 4 inch – 17 points
03 feet 8 inches – 21 points
04 feet – 25 points
Women candidates jumping less than 03 feet will be declared unsuccessful.

8. The candidate will have to succeed separately in all the events. A maximum of three chances will be given only in shot put and high jump.

9. Application fees:
General, OBC and other state candidates – Rs 450
SC, ST – Rs 112
