Following the central government’s guidelines, the Uttar Pradesh government has decided to allow opening of cinema halls and multiplexes in the state from October 15. In this regard, Additional Chief Secretary Home Avnish Awasthi released the guidelines. According to this guideline, Singel Screen Cinema Hall, Multiplex outside the Containment Zone in the state will be able to admit maximum 50 percent viewers of its scheduled audience capacity.
According to this guideline, a general protocol has been set for individuals and audiences associated with the Singil Screen Cinema Hall and multiplex management. The standard of physical distance of at least 6 feet outside the general area, waiting area, shall be followed.
Touchless sanitizer will have to be arranged: Management will be provided with touchless sanitizer. Face cover, mask will be used at all times. Tissue, handkerchief or elbow will inevitably be used when periodically washing hands with soap, using a sanitizer, coughing or sneezing.
Stop spitting
will be banned spitting in a public place. Their health will be monitored by all people themselves. Information regarding any disease will be given at the State District Helpline at the earliest. Everyone will be advised to use the Arogya Setu.
Thermal screening will have to be done at the entrance, shells will be made: At the entry points of the auditorium, thermal screening and sanitizer and a circular sign will be arranged according to the physical distance standard for lined entry and exit. Only persons without symptoms of Kovid will be given admission. In Singil Screen Cinemas, a sufficient time gap will be kept between two shows and between every show in the multiplex and between the interval period and the end of the show.
Advance and online booking should be done in
advance. Contactless arrangements, QR codes, scanners will be arranged on the booking window. Phone numbers will also be taken at the time of booking tickets for contract tracing. At the end of the show, there will be an arrangement to leave the audience together and follow the standard of physical distance.
The guideline states that individual show intervals should not be done simultaneously. Lobby and washroom should not be crowded during the interval. Food and beverages should be kept in sufficient numbers at the sales counter. Online payment should be made as far as possible while maintaining physical distance at the counter.
