Ingredients :
Baby Potato – 16
ginger-garlic paste – 2 tablespoons
finely chopped chillies – 2
chopped
onions – 1/2 cup Sagewan sauce – 3 tablespoons sugar –
1
teaspoon
cornflour – 2 teaspoons salt –
oil as per taste –
finely chopped green onions as
required for garnishing for

Method:
Boil the potatoes. Peel the skin and make holes in it. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the potatoes till they turn golden. Heat a little oil in the same pan. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Fry for a few minutes. Add chopped onion to the pan and fry till it becomes translucent. Add the Szewan sauce and sugar to the pan and mix for one minute. Now add cornflour to half a cup of water and mix well. Now pour this mixture into the pan. Mix well and cook until the gravy thickens. Finally, add the potatoes to the pan and mix. Cook on a slow flame for four to five minutes, so that the spices go inside the potato. Garnish with finely chopped green onions and serve with noodles or fried rice.
