According to the information of the case, after the BJP released the list of candidates for the second phase during the elections in Bihar, the party started calling them at the Patna headquarters and started giving symbols. The BJP gave Samastipur district minister Virendra Kumar Paswan a ticket from Rosda assembly seat. As the name was revealed, another BJP nominee, Virender Paswan, took the symbol by dodging party leaders.
The namesake leader Virendra Paswan dodged the party. It is said that they are from Darbhanga. When the real candidate, District Minister Virendra Paswan arrived with his supporters at the BJP headquarters to pick up the symbol, it was said that you have taken the symbol. After that the real leader’s senses flew and there was chaos in the party headquarters.
After taking the symbol here, Hamnam leader Virendra Paswan Chand along with his supporters also reached the Rosda subdivision headquarters for filing nominations. When the BJP workers present there got a clue, the workers immediately gave information on the phone to the leaders in Patna. After that the symbol was canceled and then the real Virender Kumar Paswan was given the symbol.
