The situation of the controversy over the voting process of the population coming into the Containment Zone of Bihar is becoming clearer. Before the election, a corona check will be conducted by people of the Containment Zone across the state. Only after its report comes, an administrative strategy will be made for their voting. Presently, the Principal Secretary of the Health Department, Pratyam Amrit, has ordered a test for all the containment zones by setting the date.

The Principal Secretary has also scheduled three stages of investigation just before the three phases of elections in Bihar. After this decision of the department, necessary preparations have been started in all the districts. According to the data of the State Health Committee, there are about 360 containment zones active in the state. The population of these people is also about four lakh. Now the investigation of these four lakh people will be completed in three phases. Based on their investigation report, a decision will be taken as to how the people of the Containment Zone will vote.

Those who are found to be healthy based on the investigation report from the antigen kit will be allowed to vote with the general voters. Form 12D will be filled from those whose reports will come positive so that they can vote from the ballot. Voters found positive will go to the booth and express their desire to vote, they will be directed to come to the booth in the last hour of voting. For this, polling personnel will be equipped with PPE kits and will take all protective measures.
