34-year-old Arora Akanksha, hailing from Haryana, is in the race to become the UN Secretary-General. She currently works as an audit coordinator at the United Nations Development Program. Arora Akanksha has announced her candidacy to become UN Secretary General. She will be the lone candidate to take on Antonio Guterres. India has not officially endorsed Aurora Akanksha’s candidature, but has started a campaign on Twitter on her own in the name of UNOW. Akanksha says Antonio Gutarais has failed as UN Secretary-General.

Who is Arora Akanksha?
Haryana-born Akanksha Arora shifted to Saudi Arabia with her family when she was 6 years old. He received a bachelor’s degree in Administrative Studies from York University in Toronto, Canada. In addition, he received a master’s degree from Columbia University. Akanksha holds the status of Overseas Citizenship of India. Apart from this, he also has a Canadian passport. However he has not sought his support from the Indian government.

Arora Akanksha is self-financing its campaign. He says that the situation is not what the United Nations says in its charter.
