Army Recruitment Rally 2021: After the onset of corona virus epidemic last year, the first recruitment rally organized by the army in Jammu division has shown great enthusiasm of youth. So far, around 40 thousand youths have registered online to participate in the recruitment rally. A defense spokesman gave this information on Saturday.

He said that in the recruitment rally lasting from 15 February to 6 March, various categories of soldiers are being recruited under the Aegis of Tiger division of Sunjwan military base.

“A recruitment rally has been organized for the youth of all 10 districts of Jammu division,” the spokesperson said. The Army Recruitment Office is coordinating with the Shivalik Brigade, the civil administration of the Jammu division and the Jammu and Kashmir Police to conduct the ongoing recruitment rally in a smooth and transparent manner. Tiger Division’s General Commanding Officer (GOC) Major General Vijus B. Nair reviewed the recruitment rally on Saturday.

The spokesman said that the GOC was apprised by the commander of the Shivalik Brigade and the Director of Recruitment in Jammu, AP Singh about the security, rigging and the arrangements made for the security from Kovid-19.

He told, “The recruitment rally has received great support from the youth and so far about 40 thousand candidates have registered online. Kovid-19 protocol is being followed by all the candidates and personnel during recruitment.
