Team India’s young wicket-keeper batsman Rishabh Pant performed brilliantly in the recently concluded Border-Gavaskar series in Australia. Pant was instrumental in helping Team India win a historic victory at Brisbane’s Gaba ground. The last and decisive Test of the four-match Border-Gavaskar series was played in Brisbane, which India won the series 2–1 by exciting three-wicket win. Since Pant has come from Australia, his family has fallen behind him for a particular reason and he shared this thing himself through Twitter.

Pant wrote on Twitter, ‘Since I have come from Australia, the housemates are behind to take a new house now. Will Gurugram be right? Tell me if there is any other option. As soon as Pant tweeted it, it went viral in a while and fans are being advised on it with funny comments. Pant is part of Team India for the first two matches of the four-Test series against England from February 5.

Talking about the Test series played in Australia, Pant was third in terms of scoring the most runs in this four-match series. He scored 274 runs in five innings of three matches. Pant chipped in with 29, 36, 97, 23 and not out 89 runs from the order.
