The day before Sushant Singh Rajput’s death, Riya Chakraborty’s claim to meet him turned out to be false. The truth came to light when the CBI questioned Riya’s neighbor on these charges. The Central Investigation Agency has given a stern warning to people who make such false claims.
Riya Chakraborty’s lawyer Satish Manashinde has asked the central agency to take strict action against such people who make false claims before the media. Manashinde said that we are going to send a list of people who have made false and fake claims to the Central Investigation Agency in front of TV and electronic media. Already made up his mind to go to court over false claims. Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his apartment in Bandra on 14 June. The Mumbai Police had termed it a case of suicide. The AIIMS doctors of Delhi who have examined the forensic report have also confirmed it.
According to the sources claimed in front of the TV channel , Riya Ki Padosan had claimed before a TV channel that Sushant and Riya Chakraborty had met on 13 June. When the CBI went to Riya’s house in connection with the investigation, it could not say anything concrete about the claim. On Sunday, sources informed that the woman confessed to the investigating agency that she did not see Sushant on June 13 raping Riya outside her house.
Families troubled by false and baseless news, Riya and her family have expressed concern about the false news and baseless attacks going against them in electronic and social media. They say that it was due to such attacks that the matter was scuttled and three central agencies had to be involved in the investigation. After this Riya Chakraborty and her brother Shouvik Chakraborty were also arrested. Rhea was granted bail by the Bombay High Court last week, but Shauvik is still not able to come out of jail.
