The film ‘376D’, released today on the digital platform ShemarooMe Box Office, covers many important issues in itself, it is not only a film but also a question on our law and order. Where strict laws have been enacted for the girl who is raped but the boy who is raped gets only ridicule and hatred.
The story of the film is about Sanju and his brother Devi, whose misdeeds on the Delhi border lead to some gangsters gang-raping them and it is from here that the truth which society has neither noticed nor the lawmakers.
After gang rape, Sanju’s brother goes into a coma but Sandhya and Sanju do not give up and get into a fight to seek justice. Actor Vivek Kumar, in the role of Sanju, makes the audience think many times during the film when he uses the dialogues that we usually hear or hear from girls.
Gujarati actor Deeksha Joshi, who is playing the role of Sanju’s girlfriend in the film, was to make her Bollywood debut this year with Yash Raj Banner’s film ‘Jayeshbhai vigorous’ but for some reasons she could not. Talking about the music of the film, the music is really touching and matches the situation. Must say that music proves to keep the audience emotionally engaged.
Except actress Dixi Joshi, most of the actors are new, in such a way it is difficult to say how many viewers the film gets, but the way the directors of the film (Gunveen Kaur and Robin Sikarwar) got new actors to perform, it is truly a praise.
The movie is worth watching
Overall, it is a social film, which makes us a bit bored in many places but also thrills us later, the story of the film definitely encourages us to question our thinking. The film ‘376D’ is a film worth watching.
